LINDSAY AMBROSE

Lindsay Ambrose is a mindfulness and well-being expert dedicated to supporting young children and their families. She is the co-author of the bestselling book Peaceful Mama: The Mind, Body, and Baby Connection, a Foreword INDIES Book-of-the-Year Finalist in 2018 and Amazon’s #1 New Release in Pregnancy & Childbirth. A certified postpartum doula, group facilitator, and speaker, Lindsay guides people in creating nurturing environments at home where they can live wholeheartedly and cultivate a more peaceful, heart-centered approach to parenting. Arden Joy is an award-winning author, educator, and community builder. As a certified yoga teacher and Reiki Master, she brings a holistic and practical approach to everything she does. Arden is the founder of Girls Who Travel, a global platform dedicated to making travel more inclusive and accessible for women. She is also the author of Keep This Off the Record and Leave This Off the Books, two novels exploring identity, love, and belonging. She lives in Chicago with her husband, two children, and dog and uses the principles of the nurture method everyday to find moments of peace and connection in the fullness of family life.
